Oakwood Plaza

Sawalls, ice cream, fletchers pub, and other little stores. Great place to eat and shop. If there is no parking you can park across the street in the woods lake parking lot. Then it's just a hip and a hop across the street to this fabulous strip mall.

Visit Sawalls organic/natural foods, with specialty deli take home items & frozen desserts as well as bulk teas, grains, & seasonal specialties, like Morel mushrooms! Fletchers bar/restaurant serves great food. Friendly good service & selection everywhere. Oakwood Bistro definitely great restaurant with special chef offerings & special diet friendly if given 24hr notice. Good for routine dining as well as special occasions! Plaza also has Water Street Coffee Shop with a great variety of coffee as well as unusual snacks/brunch items.

Lots of great shops and restaurants. While it's a smaller plaza, there are options for nice dinners, casual meals, desserts and coffee. In addition, there's a few shops and bookstores that are locally owned and support the community. Plenty of parking as well, and while Oakland Drive does get busy, you can easily get in and out using a side street. The plaza always seems clean and well maintained as well.

The Sawall Health Food store is a great place to purchase organic foods. They have a huge array of holistic supplements. The staff in the department is very friendly and competent with recommendations on the reason and what to purchase to help with your situation.

We enjoyed our visit over here! We went to Fletcher's Pub with our kids for dinner (it was very good), bought two books from the Book Bug store, and ended our night with some icecream from Schultz's! Definitely a one-stop shop for family fun!

This is an example of why I should not order things when I am extremely hungry. 🤣😂. Those are all appetizers and once again Fletchers in the plaza did not disappoint. The service is always friendly and laughs at my grampa jokes. Our server was very attentive all while serving other people. I also made sure to tip the cooks who made the food. They really appreciate the recognition for their hard work folks. I have no downside to this visit, great staff, great food, great drinks. Thank you again Fletchers for the excellent experience.
